Troubleshooting

Having trouble placing your order? This might be a browser issue. Please try clearing your browsers cookies and cache. We recommend trying a different browser such as Google Chrome or FireFox. Microsoft Edge may work but it is not fully supported yet.


How to clear cookies and cache in Internet Explorer:

1. Clicking on Tools at the top navigation bar (If you do not see Tools, try pressing Alt key on your keyboard)

2. Internet Options

3. Check mark box Delete browsing history on exit.

4. Click on Delete

5. Check mark all boxes except for Preserve Favorites website data and Passwords

6. Click on Delete

7. Close out all Internet Explorer browsers Including CaterTrax.

8. Try accessing the CaterTrax website

9. If this does not work Try rebooting the computer If possible.


For Google Chrome

1. Click on the 3 dots stacked on top of each other on the upper right hand corner.

2.Click History, Then over to the left you will see History again. (As a short cut, on your keyboard hit Ctrl Shift Delete then follow steps 4-10 listed below)

3. To your left near the top you will see the option Clear Browsing Data, Click that.

4. A box will pop open and then you will see the options for basic and advanced.

5. Select basic

6. Then click the time range drop down and set it to all time.

7. Make sure Browsing History is check marked, Cookies and other Site data is check marked, and Cached Images and files is check marked.

8. Then click Clear Data.

9. Once that goes away Please close down any web browser windows including CaterTrax and then retry

10.  If this does not work try restarting the computer
