The Joliet Junior College Food Services staff is ready to provide personalized care, quality service, exceptional cuisine for corporate meetings, events, luncheons and much more. Joliet Junior College Food Services is the exclusive food provider for Joliet Junior College. JJC holds the Food Service Operation License issued by the State of Illinois Department of Public Health. As a licensed food service operator, the college’s food service operations and facilities are regularly inspected and governed by the Will County Health Department and FDA guidelines.
Internal and external customers must coordinate all food and beverage provisions with JJC Food Services. JJC Food Services has the right of first refusal for all catering needs.
In an effort to better serve our customers, catering orders require a minimum of 7 days advanced notice. All changes referring to the menu and final guest count must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event. Please understand that there is no guarantee that requested items will be available for catering changes received less than 72 hours prior to the service time. Cancelations with less than 72 hours notice are subject to full invoice being billed, (considerations may be made if event is booked or moved to a different date).
Meals served buffet style (unless otherwise noted, for served/plated events) and are served with disposable service ware.
Proteins estimated for buffet service at approximately 4 to 5 ounces per portion. Starches and vegetables estimated at 3 ounces per serving.
All food service sales are subject to the Illinois sales tax. If your organization has a tax-exempt status, you must present JJC with a valid tax exemption form.
Guests are not allowed to remove food from the event site, due to food safety concerns and liability.
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

Gluten-free alternatives are available upon request.
First Choice Cuisine takes precautions to ensure that allergen concerns are addressed carefully for every guest request. We take precautions to prepare these items carefully to avoid any contamination.
However, menu items may come into contact with several allergens that are present in our facility, including: WHEAT, SOY, EGGS, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, FISH, SHELLFISH and DAIRY PRODUCTS.

$35 Delivery Fee will be added to for orders to extended campuses
